Informed by visionary design and built with uncompromising precision, GRDN merges architectural clarity with technical mastery — crafting sustainable spaces that embody the future of refined living.

SAM GORDON
FOUNDER // GRDN
Sam Gordon is a visionary developer and architectural entrepreneur committed to building a better world — both physically and socially. As the founder of KAN Industries, he delivered the award-winning 42-unit biophilic development KAN Tulum, redefining sustainable luxury through ethical labor, natural materials, and deep respect for the land. Through his real estate sales company RGM, and construction arm GRDN, Sam drives transparent investment and regenerative building practices across the Riviera Maya.
SAM'S latest flagship project, IKTAN, offers premium land and custom-designed homes in one of Tulum’s most sought-after areas — blending wellness, design, and sustainability into every square meter.
But his work goes beyond architecture. Sam is an outspoken advocate for equality, fair opportunity, and community integration. He believes that true development must heal social divides — and that rugby, with its global legacy of unity, holds the power to unite Tulum’s fragmented local, native, and expat communities. Rooted in purpose and place, Sam leads every project with one ethos: design consciously, build regeneratively, and leave the land — and the people — stronger than they were found.
